Printing Process

The printing process is a process in which paints are printed on the product surface based on the design and size that customers specified. After the printing process, we inspect the Dimension and Appearance before passing the product to the next process.

YPC Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd. owns 30 Tampo printing machines, 2 Screen printing machines and 4 put color machines employs professional printing specialists, and uses an inspection system to detect and remove faulty products using high accuracy vision machines.

Laser Process

The laser process is the process that removes colors from the product to get the image or words that the customers designed in the drawing. YPC Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd. uses modern laser machines, including:4 Keyence MD-X1020 machines
